1. Purpose
Solar on Steroids Ltd is committed to operating ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child labour, bribery, and corruption.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners associated with Solar on Steroids Ltd.
3. Our Commitments
We will:
Comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Bribery Act 2010.
Ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains or any part of our business.
Conduct due diligence on suppliers and partners to ensure they share our ethical standards.
Provide staff training and awareness on recognising and reporting signs of modern slavery or bribery.
Prohibit offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting bribes or improper payments in any form.
Report any suspicion of modern slavery or corruption to the appropriate authorities and take immediate action.
4. Accountability
All employees are responsible for upholding this policy and must report any concerns immediately to management. Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action and legal reporting.
