We broke Arc's operations
A problem we run into all too often with smaller installers, their demand problem quickly becomes a supply issue.

We met Oliver & Jonathan from Arc Technical at a talk Jude did at Powerland Industries on how to market Solar effectively in 2025.
The father-son combo loved the talk so much, that they asked whether we would be able to work with them directly.
I warned them that our approach is pretty much jet fuel for a business of their size (at the time) but they were ambitious and wanted their first time advertising to be a major success.
So, we filmed the ads, with some really lovely angles in a local close where they had already installed 3 systems and were quoting for a fourth.
We focused on the fact that they HADN'T advertised before and that they were a small local family run business.
The ads were some of the most authentic we had ever produced.
As a result, when the campaigns launched, it went ballistic.
Oliver & Jonathan suddenly had to manage the huge influx in enquiries, continue to install the systems themselves, and survey all of the interest in person.
They took the opportunity in both hands, making a crucial initial contact hire very early on.
This bought them some breathing room but still wasn't enough to keep up.
3 months in, when we returned to shoot with them for the second time, Oliver had this to say.
Now, we only work with installers who are already doing 8+ installations per month, or in very specific circumstances (e.g. large subcontract workflow or scheme based with multiple teams breaking into the private market).
We can't wait to see where Oliver & Jonathan take the business, their reputation is spotless and we love working with them.
