Role overview

We are looking for a performance creative specialist to own and scale our creative output across performance marketing channels. This role blends creative leadership, strategic thinking, and execution, with a strong focus on driving measurable results. You will be responsible for leading an eight person editing team, shaping our overall creative strategy, and ensuring all creative work is designed to perform.

Creative strategy and direction

You will take lead on defining and evolving our performance creative strategy across paid channels such as meta, tiktok, and youtube.

This includes translating performance data, customer insights, and business objectives into clear creative direction.

You will develop creative hypotheses, testing frameworks, and iteration cycles to continuously improve results.

You will ensure creative output remains on brand while being optimised for conversion and platform specific best practices.

Team leadership and management

You will manage and mentor an eight person editing team, setting clear expectations around quality, timelines, and performance.

You will build efficient workflows and provide consistent, actionable creative feedback.

You will be responsible for developing the team’s skills and raising the overall standard of creative output.

You will collaborate closely with growth, media buying, and marketing stakeholders to align creative priorities with business goals.

Production and shoot planning

You will create detailed shoot plans, including concepts, shot lists, and performance led creative angles.

You will oversee the creative production process from pre production through delivery.

You will ensure shoots are structured to produce multiple hooks, variations, and formats suitable for short form performance advertising.

Performance ad briefing and execution

You will lead the briefing of performance ads, ensuring editors clearly understand objectives, audiences, hooks, and calls to action.

You will review and approve creative prior to launch to ensure alignment with performance goals.

You will guide rapid iteration based on live performance data and testing outcomes.

You will stay up to date with platform trends and evolving best practices in performance creative.

Skills and experience

You have proven experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or paid social creative roles.

You have experience leading or managing creative teams and setting clear creative direction.

You have a strong understanding of what drives performance in short form video advertising.

You are comfortable using performance data to inform creative decisions and strategy.

You communicate clearly and confidently when briefing, reviewing, and giving feedback on creative.
