The Role

We're hiring a Media Buyer to independently own and optimise paid Meta campaigns across a portfolio of solar clients, managing in excess of £100k/mo in combined ad spend.

This is a performance-first role. You'll be managing real budgets, hitting real targets, and making proactive decisions that directly impact client results. You won't be waiting to be told what to do, you'll be the person who spots an issue, acts on it fast, and communicates it clearly.

We also expect you to actively use AI tools to work smarter, automating repetitive tasks, improving analysis, and getting more done across your accounts without sacrificing quality.

You'll work closely with our Creative and Client Success teams to keep campaigns performing and clients growing.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Management: Own day-to-day campaign delivery across a portfolio of Meta ad accounts. Maintain consistent operational standards across every account, every week.

Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance proactively and act on it. When a client's performance dips, a key campaign change should be made. No waiting to be asked.

Performance Communication: Deliver CPL updates to the Client Success team every Monday without fail. Keep communication clear, commercially useful, and actionable.

Commercial Thinking: Go beyond CPL as a metric. Understand client profitability, back every major decision with data and business justification, and deliver regular presentations to the Client Success team on commercial growth opportunities across your accounts.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Creative and Client Success to ensure campaigns are supported by the right assets, messaging, and strategy at every stage of delivery.
