Now, the cost per leads that we generally expect largely depends on geography and advertising spend. From a geographic perspective, national installers covering large, highly competitive areas typically see cost per lead figures closer to around 20 pounds. This is because there is broader demand and larger audiences available, which gives the algorithm more room to optimize.
Now, in less competitive regions, for example, parts of Wales or Ireland, costs can be significantly lower and in some cases we've seen figures around 10 pounds per lead in Northern Ireland. Now spend also plays a role. Generally, installers investing at higher levels tend to achieve lower average cost per leads.
So as installers scale with us, we often see the cost per lead reduce. For reference, low cost leads aren't always valuable.
