What should you do if you're not quite ready or qualified to work with solar on steroids just yet? The most important thing is going to be working on your reputation and getting the kind of sales and operational back end in place to be able to deal with bolting an absolute jet rocket on the back of your business.
Right. So you want to be looking at your Google reviews, your Trustpilot reviews, maybe even collecting some testimonials from your customers in order to give you the collateral and the assets and the online reputation to actually be able to convert the leads from the campaign once we actually launch it. Also look at collecting and collating case studies, you know, go to installations, take pictures.
Do a write up of the installation, any sort of evidence that you can put together that you are who you say you are and you do what you say you do is going to massively increase the likelihood that we have a successful campaign once you are ready to work together. The other areas I'd be looking to invest time into is building out a sales side to your business.
You know, if you are the sole founder of the business, bring in a salesperson, train them up. Or as a first step, just bring someone into the back office that can deal with those initial stage inquiries. Once you have all of that infrastructure in place and the reputation and kind of foundations to back it up with your online footprint, then it's much more likely that you're in a place where we can work together.
