Do we have limited capacity? Yes. This is not an artificial gimmick where we say, you know, we only work with two installers a month and we've already signed one. So now this is genuine true capacity. I mean, for at least a year we have been supply constrained rather than demand constrained. I mean, just on the team, we've got 22 people dedicated to the operations of fulfillment side.
And so far it's just been me. On the sales side, we really haven't had to push that hard to fill the amount of operational resource we actually have to offer people. So yes, we do have true limited capacity, and we're looking to only take on a maximum of 16 installers in the country. So you want to make sure that you are one of them.
You want to be first and you don't want to miss out and be put on a waitlist. Then you do need to act more quickly. We also have month to month limited capacity. So for example, this month it's currently February. My target and limit is six installers being signed on. We've already hit that limit and to be fair we are towards the end of Feb, but in most months we hit that limit towards the first coming in the first two weeks of the month, and then we're putting people on the waitlist in order to be launched for at the start of the next month.
